BRIAN BURNETT
RADT / GROUP FACILITATOR
Brian's journey into nutrition and health was sparked by a deep-seated desire to comprehend how to nurture the interconnected elements of mind, body, and spirit during the recovery process. Having spent two decades as a senior executive in the mortgage foreclosures and litigation sphere, Brian made a significant life shift in 2013 when he chose to become the primary caregiver for both his parents in Seal Beach, California. The loss of his mother to stage IV lung cancer in 2015 and his father to COPD and other health complications in 2017 catalyzed Brian's transition from corporate leadership and coaching to pursuing certifications in international health coaching and wellness counseling, which he attained in 2017. In 2018, he ventured into the transformational and ontological coaching domain.
Brian Burnett is a seasoned professional with multiple certifications in coaching. He holds accreditation from the International Association of Health Coach and Wellness Counselor (IAHC) and is recognized as an International Coaching Federation (ICF) coach, possessing PCC credentials. Additionally, Brian is registered as an alcohol and drug technician (RADT), currently working towards completing his Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC).
Since 2018, Brian has been actively involved in leading groups within treatment centers, guiding individuals through the journey of recovery. His group sessions delve into various aspects including behavior, health, nutrition, spirituality, and the development of life skills conducive to a healthy, sober lifestyle. Brian's approach emphasizes empowering clients to tap into their inner wisdom, align with their values, and translate their aspirations into tangible actions, thereby fostering sustainable and holistic well-being.
