With an established reputation for excellence and a commitment to women's recovery in the sober living space, the idea for Hatch emerged when Mary and Tony, both deeply rooted in the behavioral healthcare field, saw an additional need for a structured, secure environment specifically for women. They envisioned a space where women could heal, grow, and unite around a shared goal.

To bring this vision to life, they reached out to trusted friends and colleagues in the field, and together, Hatch was born. After years of planning and countless conversations, Hatch opened its doors in August 2023, providing a safe, supportive space for women on their journey to recovery.
