RADT / CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Courtney brings a unique blend of education, experience, and personal passion to Hatch Behavioral Health, where she serves as the Client Care Coordinator. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Southern Maine, and the distinction of Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT) while working towards completing her Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor (CADC) certification, she is committed to guiding individuals through the challenges of recovery.

Inspired by a personal connection to recovery through family and first-hand experience, Courtney has an innate desire to help others find freedom through sobriety and has found her calling in addiction treatment. Over the course of her career, she has worked closely with individuals struggling with substance use, offering support, resources, and compassionate care at every step.

Outside of work, Courtney is an avid surfer and hiker, finding peace and balance in outdoor activities. Her active lifestyle complements her professional work, as she believes in the importance of physical and mental well-being in the recovery process.

Courtney is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives and takes pride in being part of a team that empowers individuals to rebuild and rediscover themselves. Whether at the recovery center or in her personal pursuits, she is dedicated to creating positive change and supporting others on their journey to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
